God has blessed Clemson Pres with remarkable property and facilities. They are beautiful, but more importantly, they help us carry out our calling and vision. Previous generations worked hard and gave sacrificially so we might enjoy and steward what we have today, and we are grateful.
At the same time, our buildings are no longer new. Our sanctuary building is now 20 years old, the education building is 28 years old, and the fellowship hall is 36 years old. Our buildings need repair and renovation. Beyond that, many of our spaces are full or don't meet the our current needs. Many of our ministries have reached the limits of what our current facilities can support.
Below are the updates on how we are moving through the process of addressing the needs of our facilities.

BUILDING TEAM UPDATES
May 2026
The CPC Building Team is tasked by our elders with developing plans, pricing, and priorities for much-needed renovations and expansion to meet the church’s current and future needs. We currently have three buildings and three houses on our property. These facilities are a blessing, but they provide insufficient space for several ministries, require urgent renovation and maintenance, and have limited accessibility.
The team welcomes your input and asks for prayer. Review the following summary of our facility needs and share your thoughts at buildingteam@clemsonpres.org.

Facilities Team Assessment
