God Made Me Series
The God Made series includes several short books for young readers that deal with our bodies and gender - God Made Babies, God Made Boys and Girls, and God Made Me in His Image.
God Made Me Series
Love Made
Love Made is a short story of God's loving, creative work that explains the conception or "creation" of children in very simple terms. Of note, this book may not be helpful for children in adoptive homes since it places an emphasis on the loving relationship between a biological father and mother.

Raising Kids in a Hyper-Sexualized World
This article links you to an extremely helpful, pamphlet-sized work by Eliza Huie. The author's seven tips for parents are clear, biblical, culturally relevant, and immediately applicable.

Between Us Guys provides dads with a series of guided conversations with their sons. This book covers topics like courage, generosity, and friendship in addition to specific "talks" on girls and sex.

This book is designed to be used by teen girls as a kind of devotional resource. I think it would be best utilized as a shared study for mothers and daughters. Kristen Hatton underlines the importance of finding our identity and worth in Jesus while walking through issues like body image, friendship, sex, and peer pressure.
